单通道经皮肾镜、输尿管软镜对肾结石的作用

Effect of Single-channel Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy and Ureteroscopy on Kidney Stones

目的探讨单通道微创经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜对复杂性肾结石患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2018年3月84例复杂性肾结石患者,随机分组。单一手术组选择单通道微创经皮肾镜手术治疗,联合手术组选择单通道微创经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜手术治疗。分析手术平均时间、手术住院的时间;治疗前后患者生存质量评分值、视觉模拟评分;肠道损伤、脓毒血症等的发生率。结果联合手术组生存质量评分值、视觉模拟评分、手术平均时间、手术住院的时间、肠道损伤、脓毒血症等的发生率和单一手术组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论复杂性肾结石患者实施单通道微创经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜手术治疗可获得较好效果,可缩短手术的时间和加速患者康复出院的进程,有效减轻疼痛以及减少肠道损伤、脓毒血症等的发生率,改善患者的生命质量,加速患者康复的进程,获得良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ureteroscopy on quality of life in patients with complicated renal calculi.Methods Eightysix patients with complicated renal calculi were selected from March 2016 to March 2018,randomized.Single-surgery group was treated with singlechannel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Combined with single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ureteroscopy.The average time of surgery and the time of hospitalization were analyzed.The quality of life scores and visual analog scores before and after treatment;the incidence of intestinal injury and sepsis.Results The survival quality score,visual analogue scale,mean time of surgery,time of hospitalization,time of intestinal injury,sepsis,etc.in the combined operation group were superior to those in the single operation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ureteroscopy can achieve better results in patients with complicated renal calculi,which can shorten the operation time and accelerate the recovery and discharge process of patients,effectively reduce pain and reduce intestinal damage.The incidence of sepsis,etc.,improve the quality of life of patients,accelerate the progress of patients’recovery,and obtain good results.
