中医针灸疗法在小儿脑性瘫痪合并智力低下中的作用

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy in Children With Cerebral Palsy and Mental Retardation

目的研究焦氏头针结合靳三针取穴治疗小儿脑性瘫痪合并智力低下的临床效果。方法选择赤峰市医院康复科门诊接受治疗的脑性瘫痪合并智力低下患儿作为本次研究患者或研究对象,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,将100例脑性瘫痪合并智力低下患儿进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施焦氏头针结合靳三针取穴治疗;对照组、实施常规治疗,将两组智力改善评分进行对比。结果观察组脑性瘫痪合并智力低下患儿智力改善评分与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿脑性瘫痪合并智力低下以焦氏头针结合靳三针取穴治疗,具有显著效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiao’s scalp acupuncture combined with Jin’s three-needle acupoint selection on cerebral palsy with mental retardation in children.Methods The children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation who were treated in the rehabilitation department of Chifeng City Hospital were selected as the patients or subjects of the study.They were grouped according to their order of admission,and 100 children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation were grouped.It mainly consisted of two groups,in which the observation group,the implementation of Jiao’s scalp acupuncture combined with the three needle acupoints treatment;the control group,the implementation of conventional treatment,the two groups of intelligence improvement scores were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the intelligence improvement scores of the children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation in the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiao’s scalp needle combined with Jin’s three-needle acupoint selection is effective in the treatment of cerebral palsy complicated with mental retardation in children.
