功能性消化不良护理干预方法及作用

Nursing Intervention Method and Effect of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨功能性消化不良患者接受综合护理干预对心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法研究资料均为本院于2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的功能性消化不良患者,共94例依据随机数字抽取表法分组,对照组47例开展常规护理干预,观察组47例开展综合护理干预,评价护理前后患者心理状态改善效果,自我管理能力及生活质量变化,观察消化道症状改善效果。结果护理前,两组心理状态、自我管理能力、生活质量及消化道症状评分均比较无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理1个月至3个月后,观察组心理状态、自我管理能力、生活质量及消化道症状明显改善,且同时期对照组比较优势明显,P<0.05。结论在功能性消化不良患者中开展综合护理干预从患者的生理、心理、治疗等多角度展开服务,有效调节其心理状态,减轻焦虑、抑郁等情绪,并控制消化道症状发作情况,提高生活质量,护理价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental state and quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods The study data were all functional dyspepsia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.A total of 94 patients were grouped according to the random number extraction method,and 47 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention.Observation group 47 For example,comprehensive nursing intervention was conducted to evaluate the improvement of psychological state,selfmanagement ability and quality of life before and after nursing,and to observe the improvement effect of gastrointestinal symptoms.Results Before the nursing,the psychological status,self-management ability,quality of life and gastrointestinal symptoms scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 month to 3 months of nursing,the psychological state and self-management ability of the observation group were observed.The quality of life and digestive tract symptoms were significantly improved,and the comparative advantage of the control group was obvious at the same time,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with functional dyspepsia is carried out from the perspectives of physiological,psychological and therapeutic aspects of patients,effectively regulating their psychological state,alleviating anxiety,depression and other emotions,and controlling the symptoms of digestive tract symptoms and improving life.Quality,care value is higher.
