摘要
目的文章旨在分析全面护理管理干预针对手术患者产生院内感染所产生的影响。方法文章选择2018年2月—2019年2月前来本院接受手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象。按照患者入院接受手术的顺序编号,依照随机分配的方式将患者划分为试验组与对照组,每组45例,对照组采用常规护理方式,试验组在常规护理方式基础上采用全面护理干预,对比两组患者院内感染率情况。结果试验组术后空气菌落数、手菌落数以及患者感染率分别为(91.4±45.2)cfu/m^2、(2.2±0.6)cfu/m^2与0.00%,相较于对照组(311.2±61.2)cfu/m^2、(7.2±2.2)cfu/m^2与13.33%更低,组间各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者对医护工作总满意度为97.8%,较对照组(80.0%)更高,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室采用全面护理干预措施可以显著降低患者出现院内感染的概率,有助于保证手术效果,加快患者痊愈速度。
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing management intervention on nosocomial infection in patients undergoing surgery.Methods Ninety patients who came to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 for surgical treatment were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission and random allocation.45 cases in each group were given routine nursing.The control group was given routine nursing care.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.The nosocomial infection rates of the two groups were compared.Results The air colony count,hand colony count and the infection rate of the patients in the experimental group were(91.4±45.2)cfu/m^2,(2.2±0.6)cfu/m^2 and 0.00%,respectively,lower than those in the control group(311.2±61.2)cfu/m^2,(7.2±2.2)cfu/m^2 and 13.33%,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.8%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.0%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room can significantly reduce the probability of nosocomial infection in patients,help to ensure the effect of surgery,speed up the recovery of patients,and has clinical value.
