高压蒸汽与低温等离子灭菌法对腹腔镜光学视管灭菌效果的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较高压蒸汽与低温等离子灭菌法在腹腔镜光学视管的灭菌效果,以寻求最佳灭菌方法。方法:选取新购入的12条腹腔镜10 mm光学视管,混匀编号标记后随机分为视管A组和视管B组,每组6条,其中视管A组光学视管使用高温高压蒸汽灭菌,视管B组光学视管使用低温等离子灭菌,比较两组单个光学视管平均使用次数、灭菌成本、平均周转时间、成像质量、灭菌失败率和受损维修率。结果:两组光学视管灭菌方法的成像质量、受损维修率比较,差异无统计学意义,视管A组在单个光学视管平均使用次数、灭菌成本和平均周转时间明显优于视管B组,其差异有统计学意义(t=20.41,t=718.38,t=354.69;P<0.05);视管A组灭菌失败率低于视管B组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=394.93,P<0.05)。结论:高压蒸汽灭菌法用于腹腔镜光学视管灭菌具有安全快速、成本低和周转快的特点,且灭菌失败率低,成像质量稳定,受损维修率低,是手术室接台手术光学视管快速周转的最佳灭菌方法。 Objective: To compare the sterilization effect of high pressure steam and low temperature plasma sterilization for laparoscopic telescope so as to find the best sterilization method. Methods: 12 new Olympus laparoscopic telescopes(10 mm) were selected, and they were marked after were mingled. And then, they were divided into telescope group A and telescope group B, with 6 telescopes in each group. The telescope group A adopted high pressure steam to sterilize and the telescope group B adopted low temperature plasma to sterilize. The average times of use, sterilization cost, average turnover time, imaging quality, failure rate of sterilization and maintenance rate of damage of each telescope between two groups were compared. Results: The differences of imaging quality and maintenance rate of damage for telescopes between two groups were no significant. The average times of use, sterilization cost and average turnover time of single telescope of group A were significantly better than those of group B(t=20.41, t=718.38, t=354.69, P<0.05). The failure rate of sterilization of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(x^2=394.93, P<0.05). Conclusion: The sterilization of high pressure steam has series of characteristics such as safety and speed, low cost and quick turnover. And the failure rate of high pressure stream sterilization is low, and the imaging quality of that is stable, and its maintenance rate of damage is low. It is the best sterilization method for rapid turnover of telescopes in the prepared surgery of operating room.
