医用直线加速器维修专家决策系统的设计与实现

摘要 目的:设计医用直线加速器维修专家决策系统,实现医用直线加速器全生命周期维护管理。方法:以C#.Net+SQL Server2008数据库为开发环境,采用网站式结构,通过运用动态服务器页面(ASP)技术,结合超文本标记语言(HTML)、ASP指令和对象、ActiveX元件及SQLServer数据库,建立医用直线加速器维修专家决策系统。以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)分析模式,对2009-2018年医院在用的Precise医用直线加速器发生的560例维修案例进行分析,确立维修专家决策系统的模型,统计医用直线加速器的开机率和10年运行总成本。结果:制定设备预防性维修和校正性维修方案,结合网络技术,医用直线加速器维修专家决策系统运行后,医院医用直线加速器的开机率由2013年的96.7%提高至2018年的98.6%,10年运行总成本较厂家保修费用降低了77.5%。结论:医用直线加速器维修专家决策系统能够指导医院的设备维护,确立预防性维修的时间节点和保养内容,优化系统维修策略,获得较高的设备完好率和开机率。 Objective: To construct a maintenance expert decision making system for medical linear accelerators so as to achieve maintenance and management with full life circle for them. Methods: The C#.Net+SQL Server 2008. Database was adopted as development environment. The maintenance expert decision making system of medical linear accelerator was established by adopting network station structure, and applying Active Server Pages(ASP) technique, and combining Hypertext Markup Language(HTML), ASP command and object, Active X component and SQL Server database. The reliability centered maintenance(RCM) was used as analysis mode to analyze 560 maintenance cases of used Precise medical linear accelerator during 2009-2018 year so as to establish the mode of maintenance expert decision making system and to calculate the operation rate and total operation cost of medical linear accelerator in 10 years by statistic method. Results: The schemes of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance were formulated. The operation rate of medical linear accelerator of hospital was increased from 96.7% of 2013 to 98.6% of 2018 after maintenance expert decision making system of medical linear accelerator combined with network technique and was operated. And the total of cost of operation in 10 years was decreased 77.5% than warranty expense of manufacturers. Conclusion: The medical maintenance expert decision making system can guide the maintenance of the equipment of hospital, and determine the time point of preventive maintenance and the content of maintenance, and optimize the maintenance strategy of system, and obtain higher equipment availability and operation rate.
