精细化管理在医用耗材管控中的应用

Application of delicacy management in management and control of medical consumables

目的:探讨精细化管理在医用耗材管控中的应用及实施效果。方法:分析医院医用耗材管理中存在的问题,建立医用耗材管理体系,加强耗材临床准入管理和临床合理使用监控,建立绩效激励机制,加强信息化配套建设,做好医院医用耗材精细化管理。结果:医用耗材管控措施实施后的2018年7-12月共完成6批次耗材采购成本降价工作,原有耗材价格下降5%~10%;经过6个月监控,医院医用卫生材料消耗占医疗收入占比下降6.53%。结论:精细化管理在医院医用耗材管理中效果明显,可实现医用耗材合理使用和流程监管的双目标。

Objective: To explore the application and implementation effect of delicacy management in management and control of medical consumables.Methods: After the existing problems in the management of medical consumables of hospitals were analyzed, the delicacy management of medical consumables of hospital was achieved from 5 aspects included establishing management system of medical consumables, strengthening clinical admission management of consumables, strengthening supervisory control of clinically rational use, establishing incentive mechanism of performance and strengthening match construction of informatization. Results:In the second half of 2018, the depreciation works of procurement costs of six batches of consumables were completed and they were reduced by 5%-10% after the management and control measures of medical consumables were implemented. After six months of monitoring, the proportion of the consumption of medical materials in medical income of hospitals decreased by 6.53%.Conclusion:Delicacy management has obvious effect in medical consumables management of hospital, and can achieve the dual goals of reasonable use and process supervision of medical consumables.
