摘要
随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情得到有效的控制,感染患者数量稳步降低,按照国家卫生健康委员会的要求,COVID-19疫情暴发期间外科手术的开展仅限于急诊手术和限期手术。预防和控制COVID-19患者急诊手术时的交叉感染是一项重要的防护工作,手术室作为医院重点部门,需结合医院整体布局制定患者急诊手术流程,做好术前人员培训、物资准备以及患者评估和隔离性转运;术中进程管理及术后终末处置工作,同时制定手术相关管理流程和防护策略。针对医院在实施2例疑似COVID-19患者急诊手术的管理流程和策略进行总结,为医院急诊手术患者在洁净手术室的管理提供参考。
With the effective controlling of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) and the stable decreasing of the number of patients with COVID-19, the surgery was limited in two kinds aspects included emergency operation and the operation which time was limited during the outbreak period of COVID-19 pandemic according to the requirement of National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China. Prevention and control of crossinfection in emergency operation of patients with COVID-19 was an important protective work. The operating room, as a key department of the hospital, should combine with the overall layout of the hospital to formulate a procedure of emergency operation for patients so as to complete preoperative personnel training, material preparation, patient assessment and isolation transport, and the intraoperative process management and postoperatively terminal disposal management, and to formulate of surgically relevant management procedures and protective strategies at the same time. This paper summarized the implemented management procedures and strategies for the emergency operation of 2 patients with suspected COVID-19 in hospital so as to provide references for the management of patients who undergo emergency operation in the clean operating room.
