大型肺功能系统是用于对测试者整体肺功能进行全面评估的设备,随着肺功能检查在国内临床使用中的不断普及,大型肺功能系统产业发展迅速,国产化势在必行,该系统主要包含肺通气功能检查模块、肺弥散功能检查模块、肺容量检查模块、体积描记法和气道阻力检查模块及支气管舒张与激发模块等。临床中以肺通气功能检查模块和肺弥散功能检查模块最为常用,通过介绍两种模块在设计中的关键技术与难点,分析其改进方案,重点对流量传感器和非分光红外(NDIR)气体分析传感器进行重新定义,为大型肺功能系统未来产业化和大面积应用奠定基础。

The large pulmonary function system is comprehensive assessment equipment for pulmonary function of testtaker. With the continuous popularization of pulmonary function test in domestically clinical use, the development of the industry of larger pulmonary functional system is rapid, so it is imperative to domestically produce the kinds of equipment. The system mainly includes series of examination modules for pulmonary ventilation function, lung diffusion, lung volume, plethysmography and airway resistance, and bronchial dilation and provocation. The most commonly used modules in these modules are pulmonary ventilation function module and lung diffusion. This article introduces the key techniques and difficulties that involved in the design of the two kinds of modules, and analyzes the corresponding improvement schemes, and focuses on the redefinition of flow and non-dispersive infrared(NDIR) gas analysis sensors. And this article can provide the foundation for industrialization and large-scale application of large pulmonary function system in the future.
