Case analysis on fault repair of Achieva 1.5T Nova/Dual magnetic resonance imaging system

磁共振成像(MRI)设备为临床常用检查设备之一,其具有卓越的图像质量及较高的工作效率,而随着设备老化及使用过程中的不当操作,会出现一些常见的故障,影响设备的正常使用。为此,对在用的1台Achieva1.5TNova/Dual型MRI设备使用中出现的故障及发生故障的原因进行总结分析,并提出降低故障的措施,以保障设备良好的运行。

Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is one of commonly clinical examination equipment, which has excellent image quality and higher work efficiency. With equipment aging and improper operators during usage, some common failures would appear in work, which would influence common usage of equipment. Therefore, the occurring faults and the reasons that might lead to faults of using Achieva 1.5 T Nova/Dual MRI equipment were summarized and analyzed, and the relevant measures of declining faults were proposed so as to ensure favorable operation of equipment.
