目的 探讨患者安全目标标准化护理管理实践与应用效果.方法 依据《中国医院协会患者安全目标(2019版)》的内容,制定患者安全目标标准化模式,评价护理管理的作用.结果 实施后坠床、褥疮和跌倒事件发生率显著下降.核对身份、用药安全等安全标准和护理技能优于实施前(P<0.05);实施投诉率只有0.78%,患者投诉方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施患者安全目标标准化管理有助于优化护理质量,提高患者安全水平.

Objective To explore the practice and application effect of standardized nursing management practice for patient safety goals.Methods According to the content of"China Hospital Association Patient Safety Goals(2019 Version)",formulating a standardized model of patient safety goals and evaluating the role of nursing management.Results After implementation,the incidence of falling bed,bedsores and falls has decreased significantly.The effect of checking the identity,medication safety,and other safety standards and nursing skills were better than those before implementation(P<0.05).The implementation complaint rate was only 0.78%,and there was statistically significant difference in patient complaints(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing standardized management for patient safety goals helps to optimize the quality of care and improve patient safety.
