摘要
以豆粕为原料,采用碱脲复合工艺制备大豆基胶黏剂,当水与豆粕粉质量比为(4~4.5)∶1、氢氧化钠加入量为2.7%、硫脲加入量为10%~12.7%时,制备的豆胶性能稳定,黏度适中,可用于单板涂胶,但胶合耐水性能不佳。在豆胶中先加入豆胶质量分数20%~100%的醋丙乳液搅拌均匀,再加入豆胶质量分数10%的多异氰酸酯共混搅拌,按Ⅱ类胶合板方法检测,胶合强度大于0.7 MPa,可有效提高豆胶的耐水性能。
Using soybean meal as raw material,the alkali urea composite process was adopted to prepare the soybean adhesive.The results showed that the properties of soybean adhesive with the mass ratio of water to soybean meal(4~4.5):1,the alkali content 2.7%and the thiourea content 10%~12.7%were stable.The viscosity was moderate and could be used to glue veneers.However,the water resistance was not good.In order to improve the properties,acetate acrylic emulsion and PAPI were added into the soybean adhesive.The results showed than when the addition amount to acetate acrylic emulsion was 20%~100%,and that of PAPI was 10%,the soybean adhesive had better properties.According to the test method of class II plywood,the bonding strength was greater than 0.7 MPa.It indicated the water resistance of soybean adhesive was improve effectively by mixed with acrylic emulsion and PAPI.
