摘要
我国大城市正面临建构“租购并举”体系的时机,租赁住房的发展尚处于起步阶段。本文分析了我国租赁住房发展中面临的问题,研究了纽约、洛杉矶、阿姆斯特丹、伦敦、新加坡、巴黎、汉堡等七个国际城市/国家租赁住房发展的历程与模式,总结梳理了其租赁住区规划设计的五方面特征,以期对我国的租赁住房发展与住区规划有所裨益。
Recently China has promoted a system of“ownership and tenancy”,and its rental housing market has been at a primary stage.This paper begins with the characteristics and problems of rental housing development in China.Then it introduces the evolution and pattern of rental housing development in seven international cities,including New York,LA,Amsterdam,London,Singapore,Paris and Hamburg,and analyzes the characteristics of rental community planning and design.It concludes with implications for mega-cities in China.
