摘要
目的:建立1种以绿原酸为内标,同时测定甜叶菊原料中绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C 6种多酚类成分含量的方法。方法:通过对检测方法进行方法学考察以验证方法的适用性;考察不同色谱仪和不同色谱柱以验证相对校正因子的耐用性,同时采用外标法对15批甜叶菊原料进行分析,并将其含量测定结果与一测多评法测定结果进行比较。结果:方法考察结果表明,检测方法适用于6种绿原酸类成分含量的检测,相对校正因子的耐用性良好,15批甜叶菊原料一测多评法与外标法所得结果无显著差异。结论:所建立的含量测定方法可用于同时测定甜叶菊原料中6种绿原酸类成分的含量。
Objective:To establish a method that using chlorogenic acid as internal standard to simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,5-caffeoylquinic acid,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic A,isochlorogenic C six contents of major polyphenolic components in Stevia rebaudiana.Methods:To verify the applicability of the method,the methodological investigation of the detection method was carried out.The durability of the relative correction factors was verified by examining different chromatographs and different columns.Fifteen batches of S.rebaudiana raw materials were analyzed by external standard method,and the results of content determination were compared with the results of QAMS.Results:The results showed that the method was suitable for the determination of six chlorogenic acids.The relative correction factors(RCFs)have good durability,and there is no significant difference between the results of 15 batches of S.rebaudiana raw materials by QAMS and the external standard method.Conclusion:The established content determination method can be used to simultaneous determination of six chlorogenic acid components in S.rebaudiana materials.
