电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定刺梨籽中15种微量元素 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立使用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)法测定刺梨籽中15种微量元素(Mg、Al、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Mo、As、Cd、Sn、Hg、Pb、Bi)含量的分析方法。方法:使用微波消解法对刺梨籽样品粉末进行前处理;以Sc、Y、Rh、In、Re为内标,采用外标标准曲线法对微量元素进行含量测定。结果:15种元素的标准曲线的线性关系良好,r=0.995~1,仪器检出限为0.0006~0.1513μg·kg^-1,精密度实验结果的RSD为0.50%~5.98%,加标回收率为87.81%~108.82%。结论:该方法简便易行、准确度高,适用于测量刺梨籽中的微量元素含量;本研究为进一步开展刺梨籽的产品开发及相关应用研究提供了参考。 Objective:A method was established for determination of 15 trace elements(Mg,Al,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cr,Ni,Mo,As,Cd,Sn,Hg,Pb and Bi)in seed of Rosa roxburghii by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:Microwave digestion was used to prepare powder of R.roxburghii seed.Sc,Y,Rh,In and Re are internal standards,the external standard calibration curve method was used to determine the content of trace elements.Results:The standard curve of the 15 elements showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient were ranged from 0.9995-1,the detection limits of the instrument were ranged from 0.0006-0.1513μg·kg^-1,and the relative standard deviation of the precision test was 0.50%to 5.98%,the recovers of the elements were in the range of 87.81%-108.82%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for measuring the content of trace elements in R.roxburghii seed.This paper provides scientific basis for further research on product development and application of R.roxburghii seed.
