摘要
目的:通过评价不同的干燥方法对蟾酥药材质量的影响,确定蟾酥适宜初加工方法。方法:采用8种不同的干燥方法(17℃风干、60℃烘干、80℃烘干、105℃烘干、120℃烘干、阴干、晒干、冷冻干燥)处理鲜蟾酥样品,观察干蟾酥的外观色泽,同时利用HPLC对干蟾酥的沙蟾毒精、远华蟾毒精、蟾毒它灵、蟾毒灵、华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基等指标进行测定。结果:热风干燥80℃以上能够显著降低蟾酥中沙蟾毒精的含量,同时随着温度升高,蟾酥颜色逐渐变深,但对远华蟾毒精、蟾毒它灵、蟾毒灵、华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基没有显著影响。结论:综合考虑含量、外观色泽、加工效率等因素,蟾酥适宜初加工方法为60℃热风干燥,得到的干蟾酥质量好,加工效率也较高。
Objective:To select the best suitable primary processing method of Toad Venom by evaluating the effect of different drying methods on the quality of Toad Venom.Methods:Using 8 different drying methods(17℃,60℃,80℃,105℃,120℃,shade drying,sun drying,freeze drying)to process fresh Toad Venom samples,the appearance and color of the dry Toad Venom were observed.It is also to determine the content of bufarenogin,telocinobufagin,bufotaline,bufalin,cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Toad Venom samples by HPLC.Results:The content of bufarenogin in Toad Venom reduced significantly at 80℃,and the color of Toad Venom turned darker with the increase of temperature,but there were no significant changes among telocinobufagin,bufotaline,bufalin,cinobufagin and resibufogenin.Conclusion:Based on the results of content determination,appearance and color,processing efficiency and other factors,we suggest that the best suitable primary processing method of Toad Venom be drying at 60℃.
