不同生长期蕲春艾叶总黄酮和绿原酸含量变化 被引量:3

Study on Contents of Total Flavonoids and Chlorogenic Acid in Qichun Artemisia argyi from Different Growth Periods

摘要 目的:分析和比较不同生长期蕲春艾叶总黄酮和绿原酸含量,了解其变化规律,为其进一步综合开发提供参考。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法于508 nm处测定总黄酮含量;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定绿原酸的含量。结果:分析表明,5月、6月、9月艾叶中总黄酮平均含量差异无统计学意义,在10月后总黄酮含量呈明显下降趋势;HPLC分析结果表明,6月绿原酸含量较高(达0.122%),10月绿原酸含量较低(仅0.026%),绿原酸的含量由高到低依次为6月、9月、5月、10月。结论:5月、6月、9月总黄酮、绿原酸含量总体变化不大,10月前蕲春艾叶中总黄酮和绿原酸对季节变化的敏感程度较低,其总黄酮、绿原酸应用价值可进一步挖掘和开发。 Objective:To analyze and compare the total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content of Artemisia argyi in different growth periods for understanding its changing pattern and provide scientific basis for its further comprehensive development.Methods:The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry at 508 nm,and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:UV analysis showed that there is no significant difference in average contents of total flavonoids in A.argyi of May,June and September,the total flavonoids was decreased significantly after October in A.argyi.The HPLC analysis showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in A.argyi more higher than June(up to 0.122%),the contents Lowest of chlorogenic acid in A.argyi at October(only 0.026%).the contents of chlorogenic acid in A.argyi which come from different growth periods from high to low was June,September,May,October.Conclusion:the changes of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in A.argyi were not significant in May,June and September.The sensitivity of seasonal changes of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in A.argyi were low before October.The application value of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in A.argyi can be explored and developed before October.
