摘要 以软化点和黏度为表征沥青高温性能的指标,设计多种工艺制备复合橡胶沥青(CR/SBS),并最终根据高温性能表现选择了最佳复合橡胶沥青的制备工艺,在此基础上通过正交试验确定了复合橡胶沥青的CR、SBS掺量和胶粉目数,并探究了加热次数对复合橡胶沥青的性能影响。结果表明:胶粉与SBS同时加入沥青中并搅拌至均匀,在180℃温度下剪切30 min后再搅拌30 min,最后在烘箱中溶胀30 min,制备效果最佳;CR/SBS的最佳材料组成为17%胶粉、2%SBS和40目胶粉。 Using softening point and viscosity as indicators to characterize the high-temperature performance of asphalt,a variety of processing technologieswere designed to prepare the CR-SBScomposite rubberized asphalt,and the optimal processing technology was chosen according to the high-temperature performance of asphalt.On this basis,the orthogonal test was applied to determine the crumb rubber and SBS content of composite rubberized asphalt and the mesh size of crumb rubber,and the effect of heating times on the performance of composite rubberized asphalt was explored.The results show that the best preparation can be achieved when the crumb rubber and SBS are added to the asphalt at the same time and stirred until uniform,sheared at 180℃for 30 minutes,then stirred for 30 minutes,and finally swelled in the oven for 30 minutes.The best composition of CR-SBS is 17%crumb rubber and 2%SBS,and the mesh size of crumb rubber is 40.
