摘要
为了实现高速铁路线下路基的混凝土路肩机械自动化施工,提高混凝土路肩施工效率和施工质量,以连镇高速铁路建设工程混凝土路肩项目为依托,引进滑模摊铺技术,采用四履带滑模摊铺机,配置大功率柴油发动机,输料皮带自动输送混凝土料,多根液压振动棒振捣密实,自带模具挤压成型,摊铺高程与摊铺方向按照预先设定的基准线自动调整,实现连续摊铺施工。施工结果表明,滑模摊铺机进行混凝土路肩施工正常速度可达2 m·min^-1,每小时施工混凝土30 m^ 3,成型后的混凝土路肩表面色泽均匀一致、线型美观、强度高,满足设计标准要求,可推广应用。
In order to realize the automatic construction of concrete shoulder of subgrade under high-speed rail line,so as to improve the construction efficiency and construction quality of the concrete shoulder,the slipform paving technology was introduced to the construction of concrete shoulder of the Lianzhen High-speed Railway.A four-track slipform paver equipped with a high-power diesel engine was applied.The conveying belt automatically conveys the concrete,which is then compacted by multiple hydraulic vibrating rods and shaped by extrusion.The paving height and direction are automatically adjusted according to the pre-set reference line to achieve continuous paving construction.The construction results show that the normal speed of the concrete shoulder construction by the slipform paver can reach 2 m·min^-1,and 30 m^ 3 concrete is consumed per hour.The surface of the formed concrete shoulder is uniform in color,beautiful in line and high in strength.It meets the design standards and could be popularized.
