Discussion on Integrated Development of Urban Rail Transit&Urban Underground Space

大城市用地紧张,城市发展呈现立体化趋势,轨道交通引导大城市向地下发展。以城市轨道交通为例介绍地下空间特点、现状及发展趋势,阐述两者相结合发展需考量的问题。给出城市轨道交通和地下空间融合发展的站点和站际地下空间的2种开发模式。结合深圳科苑大道实际工程案例,为城市轨道交通和城市地下空间融合发展提供有益借鉴和参考。

Due to the shortage of land use in big cities,urban development presents a threedimensional trend,and rail transit guides the development of big cities underground.Taking urban rail transit as an example,it introduces the characteristics,current situation&development trend of underground space,and expounds the problems to be considered in the development of the combination of the both.Two development modes of station&inter station underground space for the integration of urban rail transit&underground space are given.Combined with the actual engineering case of Keyuan Ave.in Shenzhen,it provides useful reference for the integrated development of urban rail transit&urban underground space.
