摘要
不同规模的城市在城市用地开发、交通发展模式和出行特征等方面均有所不同,道路横断面规划和设计工作应区别对待。城市中处于中轴线地位的道路往往是一定区域范围内重要的城市元素,在许多方面都会对城市产生较大影响。介绍一套针对我国小城市中轴线道路横断面确定的工作框架和设计路线。工作框架主要从路网区域层面、带状区域层面和红线内层面进行分析、确定横断面。从工作框架中找出一条包括规划引导、用地分析、功能确定和功能实现4个步骤的设计路线。将该方法运用到洛川县中心大街设计中,能够快速、明晰地得到较有说服力的方案。
Cities of different sizes are different in terms of urban land development, traffic development mode & travel characteristics. Therefore, road cross-section planning & design should be treated differently. The road in the central axis of a city is often an important urban element in a certain region, which will have a great impact on the city in many aspects. It introduces a set of working framework & design route for the determination of the cross section of the central axis road in small cities in China. The working framework mainly analyzes & determines the cross-section from the regional level of road network, the level of belt area & the level within the red line. A design route is found from the working framework, which includes planning guidance, land use analysis, function determination & function realization. Applying this method to the design of Central Ave. in Luochuan County, a more convincing scheme can be obtained quickly & clearly.
