聚合物界面剂力学性能及黏结性能试验研究

摘要 界面剂可提高新、老混凝土黏结性能。为研究聚合物界面剂力学性能和黏结性能,开展聚合物界面剂抗折强度、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验及新、老混凝土劈裂抗拉性能试验。试验结果表明,聚灰比(聚合物与水泥和矿粉混合物的比例)为1∶3、矿粉含量0%的聚合物界面剂的抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和黏结性能最为优异,并拟合涂抹聚合物界面剂的新、老混凝土劈裂抗拉强度公式,为新、老混凝土开裂问题的解决提供重要思路。 The interfacial agent can improve the bonding performance of new & old concrete. In order to study the mechanical properties & bonding properties of polymer interfacial agents, the flexural strength, compressive strength & split tensile strength tests of polymer interfacial agents and the split tensile performance test of new & old concrete are carried out. The experimental results show that the polymer interfacial agent with polymer cement ratio of 1∶3 and 0% mineral powder has the best compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and bonding property. The formula of splitting tensile strength of new & old concrete coated with polymer interfacial agent is fitted, which provides an important idea for solving the cracking problem of new & old concrete.
