摘要
针对试验中不能利用千分表测量的情况,建立结构挠度和弯曲正应力间关系,利用应变片法测量构件跨中应变,并计算构件抗弯拉回弹模量。通过试验对比及工程实例,表明应变片法测量建筑垃圾再生料抗弯拉回弹模量方法可行,从而提供一种收集设计基础参数的方法,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。
In view of the situation that the dial indicator cannot be used in the test, the relationship between structural deflection and bending normal stress is established. The strain in the middle span of the member is measured by the strain gauge method, and the modulus of resilience to bending & pulling of the component is calculated. Through the test comparison & engineering examples, it is proved that the strain gauge method is feasible to measure the flexural tensile modulus of recycled building waste materials, thus providing a method for collecting design basic parameters. It can provide a reference for the follow-up similar projects.
