Application & Practice of Urban Parking Innovation Based on Grid Management

基于网格化管理理念,提出依托城市网格化平台,整合城管、公安、交通等执法管理力量,开发智能化停车管理的创新思路,实现区域停车属地化的实时监控、科学研判和调度协调。同时,以上海市徐汇区为例,总结系统平台在区域停车网格化管理实践的设计思路和功能实现,为智慧城市建设、管理和服务提供重要支撑,指导设计。

According to the concept of grid management,this paper puts forward the innovative idea of developing intelligent parking management based on the urban grid platform,integrating urban management,public security,traffic and other law enforcement & management forces,so as to realize the real-time monitoring,scientific judgment and scheduling coordination of regional parking localization.At the same time,taking Xuhui District of Shanghai as an example,it summarizes the design ideas and function realization of the system platform in regional parking grid management practice,which provides important support for the construction,management and service of smart city and guides the design.
