个体化营养支持微信平台在改善胃癌术后患者营养状况及生活质量中的应用效果研究

Study of the effect of individualized nutrition support with the WeChat platform in improving nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation

目的探讨个体化营养支持微信随访平台对改善胃癌术后患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法将中山大学附属第一院胃肠外科中心2017年6月至2018年5月进行择期手术的214例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统随访模式,观察组采用个体化营养支持微信平台进行随访。在患者出院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月和出院后1年收集患者营养状况评分、实验室检查指标和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者出院后1年的营养状况评分、出院后3个月情绪功能、食欲下降维度评分、出院后6个月食欲下降和疲劳评分和出院后1年食欲下降评分优于对照组。结论基于个体化营养支持平台的延续性护理可改善胃癌术后患者营养状况,改善术后症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nutrition support with the WeChat platform in improving nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 214 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer who were accepted selective operation from June,2017 to May,2018 in our Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery.The control group adopted the traditional follow-up mode,and the experimental group adopted the individualized nursing support with the WeChat platform.The data of nutritional status evaluation,laboratory indexes,quality of life evaluation of the two groups were collected at the time of discharge,three months after discharge,six months after discharge and one year after discharge.Result The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of nutritional status score 1 year after discharge.Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group also got better scores in the dimensions of emotional function and loss of appetite 3 months after discharge,loss of appetite and fatigue 6 months after discharge,and loss of appetite 1 year after discharge.Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing based on individualized nutrition support can improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after operation,improve postoperative symptoms and improve the life quality.
