双膜装置RO反渗透膜污染分析及控制措施

摘要 为解决由于有机物、微生物污染造成双膜装置RO反渗透系统运行过程中出现的一段压差升高过快、运行周期缩短明显、化学清洗频繁等问题,该文提出了一种特殊杀菌维护方案。结果表明,该方案不仅有效地减轻了有机物、微生物的污染程度,大幅度地延长了RO反渗透系统的运行周期,而且减少了系统的化学清洗频次,提高了膜的使用寿命,降低了成本,为系统的正常运行积累了宝贵的经验。 This paper proposed a special bactericidal maintenance scheme to solve the problems such as excessive pressure rise,short operation period and frequent chemical cleaning in RO system of double membrane plant caused by organic and microbial contamination.The results showed that the scheme not only has effectively reduced the contamination of organic matter and microorganisms,and greatly prolonged the operating cycle of RO system,but also has reduced the chemical cleaning frequency and cost,and improved the service life of membrane,which accumulated valuable experience for the normal operation of the RO system.
