摘要
某公司化学水装置滤料过滤器的滤床由三层滤料组成,其吸附能力强、截污容量大,产水量高,出水水质好,过滤周期长。为节约能源,系统未设计罗茨风机,利用装置非净化风进行反冲洗,由于系统风压过高,滤料易被击穿,出现乱层,滤料间隙发生变化,滤料会随着水流跑出,出现滤料跑损,导致水质恶化或不合格。通过采取操作调整、工艺优化、设备改造等措施,使出水稳定,实现了装置安全、平稳、长周期运行。
The filter bed of the filter material in the chemical water unit of a company is composed of three layers of filter material,which has strong adsorption capacity,large pollution interception capacity,high water yield,good effluent quality and long filtration cycle・In order to save energy,roots blower was not added in the system in original design,and non-purification air was used to carry out backwashing.Due to high wind pressure in the system,the filter material was easy to be broken down,resulting in disordered layer and change of filter material clearance.The filter material would run out with water flow,resulting in loss of filter material.These led to deterioration or unqualified water quality.Through operation adjustment,process optimization,equipment transformation and other measures,the output water has become stable,and the safe,stable and long-term production has been realized.
