汽轮机末级静叶片焊缝冲蚀原因分析及修复措施 被引量:4

摘要 某乙烯装置丙烯制冷压缩机组汽轮机由于末级静叶片焊缝出现较明显的冲蚀沟槽,严重削弱了焊缝强度,使得设备运行存在较大的安全隐患。液滴冲蚀是造成设备产生缺陷的主要原因,通过激光熔覆多层焊接使焊缝高度达到了5 mm,恢复了焊缝强度,修复前后隔板组件21个测量点的几何尺寸几乎没有变化,保证了设备的顺利回装,圆满完成机组检修。 The steam turbine of an propylene refrigeration compressor unit in an ethylene plant had obvious erosion grooves in the final stator blade weld,which seriously weakened the weld strength and posed a great safety hazard to its operation.Since the droplet erosion was identified as the main reason of the defects,laser cladding multilayer welding was adopted to make the weld height reach 5 mm and restore the weld strength.Meanwhile,the data of 21 geometric measurement points of diaphragm assemblies were almost unchanged before and after the repair,which ensured the smooth reinstallation of the equipment and made the overhaul of the compressor unit complete successfully.
