摘要 目的使用Delphi解析HL7标准化协议,并基于Delphi设计一套流程合理、功能完善、适合我院使用的呼吸机质量控制管理系统。方法从标准软件开发过程分析呼吸机质量控制管理系统的系统需求、功能需求、数据库的搭建以及Delphi解析HL7比特流过程。结果该系统能够实现权限设置功能、呼吸机质控数据自动录入功能、质控数据分析功能、预防性报修等功能,质控管理系统实行后,单机质控时间、月维修费降低效果显著(P<0.05,CI=0.95),月质控台次、月预防性维修台次均有显著性的增长,具有统计学意义(P<0.05,CI=0.95)。结论呼吸机质量控制管理系统基本上符合我院呼吸机质控要求,在一定程度上提高了医学工程人员工作效率,从根本上解决了传统的纸质填写、手动记录的工作模式。 Objective To analyze the HL7 standardization protocol with Delphi and design a set of ventilator quality control management system with reasonable process,perfect function,suitable for our hospital based on Delphi.Methods The system requirements,functional requirements,database construction and Delphi resolution of the HL7 bitstream process of the ventilator quality control management system was analyzed by development process of the standard software.Results The functions of permission setting,automatic input of ventilator quality control data,quality control data analysis function,preventive maintenance etc were achieved by this system.After the implementation of the quality control management system,the stand-alone quality control time and the monthly maintenance fee were significantly reduced(P<0.05,CI=0.95)and the number of monthly quality control stations and monthly preventive maintenance stations both increased significantly(P<0.05,CI=0.95).Conclusion The ventilator quality control management system basically meets the quality control requirements of our hospital ventilator,which improves the working efficiency of medical engineering workers to a certain degree,and fundamentally solved the traditional paper filling and manual recording mode.
