摘要
脑电图(Electroencephalogram,EEG)信号采集设备是放大和记录脑电信号的仪器。随着近年来癫痫诊疗的蓬勃发展,对EEG专业人才的需求大大增加。本文介绍了当前EEG采集技术的国内外现状,尤其是在EEG系统硬件方面的研究现状。针对EEG“零基础”的临床学习现状,根据接受EEG培训的临床医生和电生理技术人员的实际学习经验,本文总结出一套EEG临床采集技术的步骤和方法来帮助读者梳理了视频EEG的学习特点。希望读者在学习EEG采集技术的同时,也能快速掌握EEG临床采集和应用的基本技能,充分应用不断优化的EEG采集系统,以便更好地服务临床和科研工作。
Electroencephalogram(EEG)signal acquisition equipment is an instrument for amplifying and recording EEG signals.With the advance of the treatment to the epilepsy,the demand of specialists focusing on EEG increased dramatically.This paper introduced the current situation of EEG acquisition technology at home and abroad,especially in the hardware of EEG system.Aiming at the“zero basis”clinical learning status of EEG,according to the actual learning experience of clinicians and electrophysiological technicians trained by EEG,a set of steps and methods of EEG clinical acquisition technology were summarized to help readers sort out the learning characteristics of video EEG.This paper hopes that readers can quickly master the basic skills of EEG clinical acquisition and application,and fully apply the continuously optimized EEG acquisition system,so as to better serve the clinical and scientific research.
