中西医结合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症急性期疼痛止痛效果的影响

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Pain and Analgesia in Acute Stage of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察并评估中西医结合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)急性期疼痛止痛的效果。方法:将122例LDH急性期疼痛患者随机分为两组,对照组61例采用西医常规治疗,观察组61例在对照组的基础上联合通络活血汤治疗,依据目测类比评分法(VAS)评分,比较两组止痛效果的差异;患者治疗7 d后,比较两组患者对疼痛缓解程度的满意率。结果:两组LDH患者在治疗后第1、3、5、7天的疼痛均得到逐渐缓解或明显减轻。观察组治疗后不同时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组LDH患者治疗7 d后对疼痛缓解满意度,观察组为86.8%,高于对照组的75.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗LDH急性期疼痛可获得更为理想的临床疗效。

Objective To observe and evaluate the analgesic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on acute pain of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 122 patients with acute pain of LDH were randomly divided into two groups.61 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine.61 patients in the observation group were treated with Tongluo Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The difference of analgesic effect between the two groups was compared according to visual analogy score(VAS).Results The VAS scores at different time points on the first day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day were significantly different between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the satisfaction rate of LDH patients in the observation group was 86.8%and that in the control group was 75.4%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of LDH acute pain can obtain more ideal clinical effect.
