品管圈活动在肝癌介入术治疗患者中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in interventional therapy for patients with liver cancer

目的探讨品管圈活动在肝癌介入术治疗患者中的应用及效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年1月收治的78例行肝癌介入术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序划分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取品管圈活动下的护理干预。比较两组患者的护理总满意度、术后并发症总发生率、疾病知识了解度。结果观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疾病知识了解度评分高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在肝癌介入术患者护理中加以运用,能够提高患者对疾病的认知,降低术后并发症的发生率,优化患者对护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application and effect of quality control circle activities in interventional therapy for patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing interventional treatment for liver cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=39)and an observation group(n=39)according to the order of admission.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted nursing intervention under quality control circle activities.The total nursing satisfaction,total postoperative complication rate and disease knowledge understanding of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease knowledge understanding score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the nursing of patients with interventional surgery for liver cancer can improve patients′cognition of the disease,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and optimize patients′satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
