鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合常规康复治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with conventional rehabilitation treating children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合常规康复治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月~2019年5月我院收治的60例脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组患儿采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、运动功能和言语功能情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的粗大运动功能评定表(GMFM88)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的语言发育迟缓检查法(S-S)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合常规康复治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的效果显著,能够促进患儿的运动功能和言语功能发育。

Objective To explore clinical effect of acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with conventional rehabilitation treating children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The children in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,motor function and speech function of the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gross motor function assessment table(GMFM88)score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the language development retardation(S-S)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with conventional rehabilitation has significant effect treating children with cerebral palsy,and can promote the development of motor function and speech function in children.
