多层螺旋CT与X线诊断新型隐球菌肺炎的临床价值比较

Clinical value comparison of multislice spiral CT and X-ray in the diagnosis of New Cryptococcal pneumonia

目的比较多层螺旋CT与X线诊断新型隐球菌肺炎的临床价值。方法选取2016年6月~2019年5月我院收治的100例疑似新型隐球菌肺炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行X线检查,再进行多层螺旋CT检查,并以病理诊断为金标准,比较两种检查方法的病变检出结果和征象检出结果。结果多层螺旋CT检查的病变检出率、征象检出率、特异度、灵敏度及准确率均显著高于X线检查,而多层螺旋CT检查的漏诊率和误诊率均明显低于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT扫描对新型隐球菌肺炎的检出率较高,其临床应用价值要显著高于X线,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To compare the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray in the diagnosis of New Cryptococcal pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected New Cryptococcal pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent X-ray examination,multi-slice spiral CT examination.Pathological diagnosis was set as the gold standard,the detection results of lesions and signs of the two methods were compared.Results The lesion detection rate,sign detection rate,specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of the multi-slice spiral CT examination were significantly higher than those of the X-ray examination,and the missed and misdiagnosed rates of the multi-slice spiral CT examination were significantly lower than those of the X-ray examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT scan has a higher detection rate of New Cryptococcal pneumonia,and its clinical application value is significantly higher than that of X-ray,which is worth popularizing widespreadly in clinic.
