手术室麻醉护理与常规护理在外科手术护理中的应用效果比较

Application effect comparison of anesthesia nursing and routine nursing in operating room in surgical nursing

目的比较手术室麻醉护理与常规护理在外科手术护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年4月在我院手术治疗的200例患者为研究对象,按照随机分配的方式分为实验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组采用常规护理方案,实验组采用手术室麻醉护理,比较两组的临床应用效果。结果实验组护理总满意度高于对照组,观察组护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、情绪评分量表(HADS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术患者实施手术室麻醉护理,不仅能提高患者护理满意度,还可减缓紧张情绪,该护理方法值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To compare the application effect of anesthesia nursing and routine nursing in operating room in surgical nursing.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019,200 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into experimental group(n=100)and control group(n=100)by random assignment.The control group adopted the routine nursing plan,the experimental group adopted the anesthesia nursing in the operating room,the clinical application effect of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of self rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and emotional rating scale(HADS)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia nursing in surgical patients can not only improve patients′nursing satisfaction,but also reduce the tension to the greatest extent.The nursing method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
