舒适护理在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenics

目的探讨舒适护理用于精神分裂症康复中的价值。方法选取广州市民政局精神病院2018年3月~2019年2月的124例住院精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=62,舒适护理+常规护理)、对照组(n=62,常规护理)。护理6个月前后采用精神科护士住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)评估病情,调查两组护理总满意度。结果干预后观察组的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁分值均高于对照组,易激惹、精神病表现、抑郁分值均低于对照组;观察组的护理总满意度(96.77%)高于对照组(83.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能改善精神分裂症患者精神状态,提高护理满意度,建议推广。

Objective To explore the value of comfortable nursing in rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenics.Methods A total of 124 inpatients with schizophrenia admitted to the Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into observation group(n=62,comfortable nursing+routine nursing)and control group(n=62,routine nursing)by random number table method.Before and after 6 months of nursing,the condition were evaluated by inpatient observation scale for psychiatric nurses(NOSIE)and the nursing total satisfaction of the two groups were investigated.Results After intervention,the scores of social ability,social interest and personal neatness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of irritability,mental illness and depression were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(83.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in schizophrenia has a good effect,it can effectively improve the mental state of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to promote.
