精神分裂症高危人群事件相关电位的meta分析 被引量:5

A meta-analysis of event-related potentials in high-risk people with schizophrenia

摘要 目的:通过meta分析探索N100、P300、失匹配负波(MMN)三种事件相关电位(ERPs)对早期识别精神分裂症高危人群神经生理异常的作用。方法:检索中英文数据库中2000-2019年的文献,收集比较了精神分裂症高危人群组与正常对照组在N100感觉门控(S2/S1)、P300以及MMN这3种事件相关电位的差异。结果:共纳入30篇文献48组数据,其中涉及N100感觉门控(S2/S1)数据7组,P300振幅数据12组,P300潜伏期数据12组,MMN振幅数据17组,样本量1834例。在精神分裂症高危人群组中P300振幅、MMN振幅均低于正常对照组(MD=-1.20、0.50,95%CI:-1.67^-0.74、0.36~0.64),P300潜伏期在精神分裂症高危人群组中较正常对照组延长(MD=8.49,95%CI:0.34~16.63)。N100S2/S1在精神分裂症高危人群组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(MD=0.05,95%CI:-0.00~0.09)。结论:P300振幅以及MMN振幅的减低可能是预测精神分裂症发病的重要指标。 Objective:To explore the N100,P300,mismatch negativity(MMN)three types of event related potential(event-related potentials,ERPs)for early identification of high-risk people with schizophrenia.Methods:Retrieve literature from 2000 to 2019 in Chinese and English databases,the differences in N100 sensory gating(S2/S1),P300,and MMN were compared between the high-risk group and the normal control group.Results:A total of30 studies and 48 sets of data were included,including 7 sets of N100 sensory gating(S2/S1)data,12 sets of P300 amplitude data,12 sets of P300 latency data,17 sets of MMN amplitude data,with a sample size of 1834.In the high-risk group of schizophrenia,P300 amplitude and MMN amplitude were all lower than those in the normal control group(MD=-1.20,0.50,95%CI:-1.67--0.74,0.36-0.64),P300 latency was prolonged in the highrisk group of schizophrenia compared with the normal controls(MD=8.49,95%CI:0.34-16.63).There was no significant difference in the amplitude of N100 S2/S1 between the high-risk group and the normal control group(MD=0.05,95%CI:-0.00-0-09).Conclusion:The decrease in P300 amplitude and MMN amplitude may be important indicators for predicting the onset of schizophrenia.
