摘要
基于中国原子能科学研究院自主设计建造的端电压为0.3 MV的加速器质谱系统,开展^129I的测量技术研究,通过离子的传输、气体剥离、电荷态选取、本底排除等方法实现了^129I的高效、高精度与高灵敏测定,系统的测量效率高于50%,测量精度达到0.4%,测量灵敏度可以达到^129I/^127I=1×10^-14。
Based on the accelerator mass spectrometry system(AMS) with a terminal voltage of 0.3 MV which was independently designed and constructed by China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE), the ^129I measurement method has been developed. The high efficiency, high precision and high sensitivity measurement method have been developed by systematic studies on ion transport, gas stripping, charge state selection, background elimination, etc. At present, the transmission efficiency is more than 50%, the measurement accuracy reach 0.4%, and the measurement sensitivity of ^129I/^127I=1×10^-14 has been realized by the compact AMS system.
