An Interpretation of the Identity Dimension of the Community Consciousness of the Chinese Nation

民族事务是国家治理工作的重中之重。新时代,习近平创新提出“中华民族共同体”理念,并在党的十九大报告中强调要铸牢中华民族共同体意识。中华民族共同体意识被具象表达为民族成员围绕中华民族的历史脉络、存续立意、发展向度等重要问题所形成的认识一致、观念契合、意志统一的状态。因此,从中华民族大家庭、中华人民共和国、中华优秀民族文化、中国共产党领导、中国特色社会主义道路、中华民族伟大复兴愿景等多个维度,解读中华民族共同体意识认同的内涵意义重大。

Ethnic affairs are the top priority of national governance.In the new era,Xi Jinping innovatively put forward the idea of“Chinese nation community”,and stressed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party that the consciousness of Chinese nation community should be firmly established.Community consciousness of the Chinese nation is expressed as a state of unity of understanding,idea and will formed by the members of the nation around the historical context,the meaning of existence and the development orientation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is of great significance to interpret the connotation of the identity of the Chinese national community from the perspectives of the family of the Chinese nation,the people’s Republic of China,the Chinese excellent national culture,the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the vision of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
