摘要
内皮集落形成细胞(endothelial colony forming cell,ECFC)具有克隆潜力,能够在体内外生成成熟的内皮细胞,促进血管形成,可作为损伤组织血运重建的手段,应用前景良好。且ECFC具有可从外周血中无创分离和扩增、细胞培养时基因组稳定及操作简易等优点。本文就ECFC在临床前研究中细胞治疗(血管形成机制、旁分泌机制、外泌体机制)和基因治疗(血友病A、血管性血友病、贫血、癌症)方面的作用作一综述。
Endothelial colony forming cell(ECFC)possess clonal proliferative potential,display endothelial cell surface markers,and exhibit pronounced postnatal vascularisation abilities in vitro and in vivo,which also represent a promising tool for revascularization of damaged tissue.ECFC may be separated from peripheral blood and propagated non-invasively and simply,of which the genome is stable during culture.This paper reviews the role of ECFC in preclinical studies on cell therapy(mechanisms of angiogenesis,paracrine and exosomes)and gene therapy(hemophilia A,hemophilia vascularis,anemia and cancer).
