Discussion on the Examination of Installation Materials of Adding Elevator in Existing Residential Buildings in the Supervision Inspection

全国各地的既有住宅结构型式千差万别,加装电梯时在井道、通道、底坑空间、楼层间距等土建工程具有一定的特殊性。在本文中,笔者结合实际工作中遇到的检验案例,介绍既有住宅加装电梯监督检验时对安装资料审查应注意的一些问题。

The existing residential building structures in different parts of the country are quite different.When installing elevators,civil engineering works such as well,passage,pit space and floor spacing have certain particularity.Combined with the actual work in the inspection case,the installation materials examination are introduced for the supervision inspection of the existing residential building installing elevator.
