目前,严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)正在全球迅速蔓延,死亡人数不断攀升。越来越多的研究认为,SARS-CoV-2所致新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease-2019,COVID-19)危重症患者病情进展迅速与细胞因子风暴的发生密切相关。本文综述了有关COVID-19相关细胞因子风暴概念、发生机制、预警、临床表现和实验室检查指标,以及有临床应用依据或有潜在应用前景的药物与疗法,以期减少COVID-19患者转为危重症、降低病死率提供细胞因子风暴早期诊断和治疗的依据。

At present, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2( SARS-CoV-2) is spreadingaround the world, and the number of deaths is rapidly rising. More and more studies show that the progression ofcritically ill patients is closely related to the occurrence of cytokine storm. This review summarizes the concepts andmechanisms of coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)-related cytokine storm, early warning, clinical manifestations,laboratory test indicators, as well as drugs and therapies with clinical application evidence or potential applicationprospects, in order to reduce COVID-19 patients to turning into critically ill ones and the mortality rate, and toprovide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of cytokine storm.
