新冠疫情对我国粮食进口的影响及对策

Study on the impact of novel coronavirus epidemic on China’s grain import and countermeasures

新冠疫情是2020年初暴发的全球公共卫生安全重大事件。该疫情波及全世界大多数国家,新冠疫情对我国粮食进口及粮食安全造成了一定的影响。本研究从我国粮食进口数量、进口品种结构、进口来源国结构等分析了我国粮食进口的现状,及新冠疫情发生后各国采取的禁止粮食出口的数量、交通管制、人员管制、限制港口运营等措施,这些措施对我国粮食进口造成了一定的影响。另外,新冠疫情导致的全球恐慌会引发国际投资资本借机炒作粮食价格,引发粮食价格上升,将影响到我国的粮食价格及食品价格的上升,从而引发全球粮食危机,给我国带来粮食进口风险。为此,本研究提出了相应的对策与建议。

The novel coronavirus epidemic is a major event of global public health security in early 2020.The epidemic has spread to most countries in the world,and the novel coronavirus epidemic has a certain impact on China's grain import and food security.This paper first analyzes the current situation of China's grain import from the aspects of the quantity of grain import,the variety structure of grain import and the structure of the country of origin of grain import.The paper analyzes the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic on China's grain import.The measures taken by various countries to control or prohibit the quantity of grain export,traffic control,personnel control,port operation efficiency reduction,etc.will affect China's grain supply and reduce the efficiency of global food supply chain.At the same time,the global panic will cause the rise of grain prices,and also affect the rise of food prices and food prices in China.It is possible for international investment capital to use the logistics interruption caused by the novel coronavirus epidemic and export restrictions of various countries to hype the price of grain and trigger the global food crisis,which will brings the risk of grain import to China.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
