摘要
如何构建满足专业认证要求的人才培养体系是新工科背景下高校人才培养改革面临的新要求和新挑战。本文以武汉轻工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,分析了机械类专业人才培养的特点和存在的问题,并针对其专业人才培养特点进行人才培养体系设计和改革实践探索,事实证明,改革实践措施可为毕业生达到符合工程教育专业认证的毕业要求提供制度支撑和人才保障,也可为其他专业人才培养及专业认证提供一定的借鉴和参考。
How to build a talent training system that meets the requirements of professional certification is the new requirement and challenge of talent training reform in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering.This paper,taking Wuhan Polytechnic University Mechanical Design,Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation major as an example,analyzes the characteristics of mechanical engineering talents and the existing problems,and carries out the design of talent training system and reform practice exploration according to the characteristics of its professional talent training.It has been proved that reform practice measures provide institutional support and talent guarantee for graduates to meet graduation requirements of engineering education professional certification,which can also provide reference for the talent training and professional certification of other related majors.
