受限水域40万吨矿砂船下沉量计算分析

摘要 针对40万吨超大型矿砂船(very large ore carrier,VLOC)航行过程中安全研究和船体下沉量的精确计算问题,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法结合商用CAE软件进行VLOC下沉量数值计算仿真和数据分析处理,研究不同影响因素下VLOC船体下沉量的变化规律和趋势.数值实验结果表明:VLOC船体下沉量与航速、水深吃水比、弗劳德数等影响因素有直接关系,缩尺船模试验进一步深入探究并验证下沉量与各影响因素的数值关系.数据分析结果表明:VLOC的航速及水深吃水比是影响船体下沉量的重要因素,几个物理量呈现高度的正相关关系. In view of the safety research and accurate calculation of hull Sinkage of a 400,000-ton very large ore carrier(VLOC)during navigation,numerical simulation and data analysis of VLOC subsidence were carried out based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method and commercial CAE software,and the variation law and trend of VLOC hull subsidence under different influencing factors were studied.The results of numerical experiments show that the sinking of VLOC hull is directly related to the influencing factors such as speed,water depth/draft ratio,Fourier number,etc.The scaled ship model test further explores and verifies the numerical relationship between the sinking and the influencing factors.The results of data analysis show that the speed of VLOC and the ratio of water depth to draft are important factors that affect the amount of hull sinking,and several physical quantities are highly positively correlated.
