偏头痛作为临床常见病,具有反复发作、经久不愈的特点,一旦患病,将严重影响患者的生活质量,治疗意义重大。患者一般需要长期服用药物来缓解发作程度,降低复发率。在偏头痛的治疗上,相比于西医治疗方法,中医治疗方法包括中医药和针灸,都有其优势和特色。从中医角度论述偏头痛的发病机制及治疗方法,并探究中西医结合治疗的可行性,为临床治疗偏头痛提供更为科学的依据。

Migraine,as a common clinical disease,has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and prolonged illness.Once it develops,it will seriously affect the quality of life of patients and has great therapeutic significance.Patients generally need to take drugs for a long time to relieve the attack degree and reduce the recurrence rate.In the treatment of migraine,traditional Chinese medicine,including Chinese materia medica and acupuncture,has its advantages and characteristics compared with western medicine.This paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of migraine from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and explores the feasibility of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment to provide more scientific basis for clinical treatment of migraine.
