针刺对缺血性卒中脑血流量干预机制的研究现状

Progress in research on mechanism of acupuncture for the blood flow of ischemic stroke

近年来,针刺疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中应用广泛,随着缺血性脑卒中病理生理机制的深入研究,针刺对缺血性脑卒中脑血流量的影响成为研究热点。通过对近年针刺对缺血性脑卒中干预机制研究报道的整理,总结出针刺治疗缺血性脑卒可通过改善脑组织血液流变学状态、促进微血管自律性、促进血管重建、维持血管正常张力等方面提高脑组织血流量,对降低缺血性脑卒中的病死率、致残率以及提高生活质量等方面有一定的实际意义。

In recent years,acupuncture is widely used in clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.With the research progress of pathophysiological mechanisms of ischemic stroke,the effect of acupuncture on the blood flow mechanism of this disease has become a hotspot.Based on the recent studies on mechanism of acupuncture on ischemic stroke intervention,the author concluded that ischemic stroke can be treated with acupuncture by increasing the flow of blood to the brain,through improving brain blood rheological state,enhancing self-regulation of microvascular,promoting vascular remodeling and keeping the normal vascular tension.It has a a certain significance to reduce the mortality and morbidity and improve the quality of life.
