针灸治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acupuncture in treating vascular dementia

血管性痴呆是一种由脑血管疾病引起的以严重认知障碍为主的综合征。随着脑血管疾病发病率的上升,血管性痴呆发病率也随之上升,其给患者带来严重的心理压力及家庭压力。对于该病的治疗,临床上多以药物干预为主,主要包括病因治疗及症状治疗。针灸作为一种操作简便、经济安全、不良反应少的治疗方法,近年来在血管性痴呆的临床治疗中发挥重要作用。通过查阅近十年有关针灸治疗血管性痴呆的文献记载,将针灸治疗本病的多种方法疗效综述如下,以期为临床治疗研究提供参考。

Vascular dementia is a syndrome of severe cognitive impairment caused by cerebrovascular disease.With the increase of the incidence of cerebrovascular disease,the incidence of vascular dementia also increases,bringing serious psychological pressure and family pressure to patients.Clinically,the treatment of this disease is mainly drug intervention,including etiological treatment and symptom treatment.In recent years,as a therapy with simple operation,economical and secure treatment,but fewer side effects,acupuncture plays an increasingly important role in the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.By reviewing the literature on acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia in the recent decade,the author summarized the various acupuncture methods in the treatmentof the disease,to provide reference for clinical practice and research.
