钒钛磁铁矿尾矿锰、铁元素浸出规律研究 被引量:2

Study on Mn,Fe Leaching Law from Vanadium-Titanium Magnetite Ore Tailings

摘要 以攀西地区钒钛磁铁矿尾矿为研究对象,通过设置浸出实验,从酸类、pH、温度、反应时间4个方面探讨尾矿中Mn、Fe元素的迁出规律。结果表明,Mn在草酸中的浸出浓度远大于在醋酸和盐酸中的浸出浓度。随着pH的增大,Mn的浸出浓度整体呈减小趋势,有机酸做浸提剂时,Mn的浸出浓度在pH=2或3时达到最大值;无机酸做浸提剂时,Mn的浸出浓度在pH=1时达到最大值。Fe在草酸中的浸出浓度大于在醋酸和盐酸中的浸出浓度,随着pH增大,Fe的浸出浓度逐渐减小并趋于稳定。另外,温度升高、反应时间延长都有利于Mn、Fe从尾矿中浸出。各变量对Mn、Fe浸出的影响效果为pH>酸类>温度>反应时间。本研究可以对尾矿浸出液的安全使用提供初步指导。 Taking vanadium titanium magnetite ore tailings in Panxi area as the research object,through settting leaching experiment,the migration law of Mn and Fe elements in tailings was discussed from four aspects of acid types,pH,temperature and reaction time.Results indicated that leaching concentration of Mn in oxalic acid was much higher than that in acetic acid and hydrochloric acid.With the increase of pH,Mn leaching concentration decreases as a whole.The leaching concentration of Mn reached the peak at pH = 2 or 3 from organic acid and pH = 1 from inorganic acid,respectively.The leaching concentration of Fe in oxalic acid was higher than that in acetic acid and hydrochloric acid,with the increase of pH,Fe leaching concentration decreases and tends to be stable.In addition,the rise of temperature and extension of reaction time could benefit the extraction of Mn and Fe from the tailings,and the decline influence sequence was pH,acid types,temperature,reaction time.This study would provide preliminary guidance for the safe use of tailings leaching solution.
