摘要
针对黑臭水体治理项目开展,作者提出建设项目中经常遇到的缺少资料、治理标准混淆、治理路线不清晰、治理工程以偏概全等问题,并给出科学规划、重视调查、合理制定治理目标、技术路线要明晰、重视生态技术、综合运用治理技术、完善立法等解决问题的建议,以期对黑臭水体治理提供借鉴。
Aiming at the development of black and smelly water treatment project,the author puts forward the problems frequently encountered in the construction project,such as lack of system planning,standards confused and guideline undefined,emphasis on technology and ignore the whole system,etc.In view of above mentioned condition,some proposals to solve the existing problems are suggested,such as scientific planning,Pay attention to investigation,set reasonable treatment targets,clear and definite technical system route,emphasis on ecological technology,comprehensive application of technologies,perfect legislation.All above suggestion is expected to provide useful reference for the treatment of black and smelly water.
